The Department is well equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and infrastructural facilities in all the thrust areas.
We have the following laboratories in our department.
Strength of Materials Lab
The strength of the material is the body of knowledge that deals with the relation between internal forces, deformations and external loads, etc. This laboratory provides the basic knowledge of the strength of materials and here, the students can perform different tests on different materials.
Hydraulics Lab
Fluid mechanics provides the theoretical foundation for hydraulics, which focuses on the applied engineering using the properties of fluids.
Concrete And Construction Lab
The understanding background theoretical aspects related to concrete making materials and to highlight the link with actual practice, infer the suitability of these materials for construction, with physical properties and mechanical behavior of concrete and related construction materials.
Material Testing Lab
The understanding of the structure, physical and mechanical properties and behaviour of engineering materials is at the very core of engineering design. A command of this knowledge is essential for all civil engineers
Surveying Lab
The important functions of a diploma in civil engineering includes the jobs of detailed surveying, plotting of survey data, preparation of survey maps and setting out works.
Environmental Engg lab
CAD center
